M Y  M I S S I O N

To help you reach your goals through Classical Pilates and functional movement skills.

Pilates is a complete exercise system producing flexibility, conditioning and strength building, while also calming the nervous system. Using this method, I will help you achieve high levels of fitness training while maintaining grace and agility; even if you are managing persistent pain. My clientele ranges from teen athletes, dancers, to active agers and everyone in-between! I enjoy working with all my clients, many of whom have allowed me to work with them through different stages of life and given me the privilege of doing so for many, many years. I take pride in providing a safe/clean environment where I guide people to build, progress and challenge themselves to reach their fitness goals.

P I L A T E S

The Pilates “method”, as it is known, is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk. The method is a series of: controlled movements performed on spring resistant exercise apparatus, or on the floor. Pilates is not only a system of exercises, but also a healing modality; an ingenious way to maintain physical integrity, as well as great health, while help you thrive in your body. I am a Pilates teacher, as well as a healing practitioner. I have developed a depth of knowledge and a skill set that enable me to interact with other health practitioners. Many of my clients have been with me for long periods of time, allowing us to work together through different stages of their lives and ever-changing bodies. I teach clients to manage whatever condition they are in and thrive with my services!

I have knowledge and experience to help anybody with function. I am passionate about what I do. I consider myself a student for life.
