To help you reach your goals through Classical Pilates and functional movement — in a private studio built around you.

Pilates is a complete exercise system producing flexibility, conditioning and strength building, while also calming the nervous system. Using this method, I will help you achieve high levels of fitness training while maintaining grace and agility; even if you are managing persistent pain. My clientele ranges from teen athletes, dancers, to active agers and everyone in-between! I enjoy working with all my clients, many of whom have allowed me to work with them through different stages of life and given me the privilege of doing so for many, many years. I take pride in providing a safe/clean environment where I guide people to build, progress and challenge themselves to reach their fitness goals.

P I L A T E S

Pilates is one of the most complete movement systems ever developed — building strength, flexibility, and body awareness while calming the nervous system. With 23 years of teaching experience and 38 years as a dedicated Pilates student, I bring a depth of knowledge that allows me to work with virtually any body, at any stage of life.

My goal is to help my clients stay agile, strong, and capable as they age — moving with less fear of pain while building balance, coordination, and control. Whether you want to keep up with your sport, your job, your kids or grandkids, your travels, or your hobbies, we focus on whatever your goals are. I study longevity and I love working with people who prioritize strength, posture, and a healthier moving spine.

Every lesson is guided and focused entirely on you — how your body is feeling, what it needs that particular day — while building strength and confidence in a way that makes sense for your life. Practicing Pilates requires presence: focusing on movement, breath, and precision creates space to truly be in your body. I encourage my clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to embrace their movement practice.

We live in a stressful world, and I want to help you age well. Pilates is having a major moment right now — ClassPass reports that Pilates has held the top slot worldwide for three consecutive years, with bookings surging 66% year over year. Studios are popping up everywhere, and the industry is unregulated. Many new studios have deviated significantly from traditional principles, prioritizing intensity and aesthetics over safety and proper technique — with some instructors receiving as little as a day of in-house training. Reports of accidents and injuries are on the rise, and many incidents go unreported. The reformer was originally designed for one-on-one or small group instruction, rooted in the principles of the Pilates method — not for crowded group classes run by undertrained instructors.
