Jennifer Weiss has been my Pilates instructor for more than 8 years. Her enthusiasm for the practice inspires me to challenge myself and to delight in watching my body grow stronger. She is constantly learning and studying, and she brings what she learns to every session to help me move easier and better in my body. Jennifer continues to help me push past my perceived limitations. My scoliosis is sometimes an issue but she helps me stretch and lengthen. Part of what I love about Pilates is the mental practice, and the new awareness I’ve learned of exactly how my body can move and stretch. Her positive encouragement inspires me to try harder at every session. She makes the work fun even when it is challenging. I think she truly believes that Pilates is for everybody, that the practice is different for each person, and that my personal best is the goal.
